Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: If we find you are not eligible before submitting your application, we refund you in full. Once your application has been submitted to the destination government, the price paid is non-refundable.
1. Our Processing Service
- Your all-inclusive price covers document review, eligibility checking, form preparation, submission on the official government portal, and the applicable government fee.
- The price is non-refundable once we have begun processing your application.
- The price is non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is granted or rejected by the government, as our charge is for the processing work, not for the outcome.
- If you cancel before we have begun any work on your application and before any payment has been forwarded to a government portal, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund minus payment processing charges.
2. Government Fees
- A portion of your total price is the government fee, set by the destination country and paid to the official government portal.
- The government fee component is non-refundable in all cases once paid, including rejection, cancellation, change of plans, or errors in information provided by you.
3. If You Are Not Eligible
- If, after reviewing your details and documents, we find that you are not eligible for the visa or travel authorisation you have paid for, we will inform you and refund your payment in full.
- This applies where we identify the ineligibility before your application has been submitted to the destination government.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the amount to reach you, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Rejected Applications
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the destination country's government. We do not and cannot guarantee approval.
- No refund is issued for rejected applications.
5. Errors in Information
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you provide. Fees are not refundable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
