1. Who We Are

ShrishEvisas.com is a private visa assistance service operated by Shrish Travels (Sole Proprietorship), Aggarwal Metro Heights, Office No. 358, 3rd Floor, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, India. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government. All eVisas can be obtained directly from official government portals without using our service.

2. Our Service

• We review your details and documents, check eligibility, prepare your application, and submit it on the official government portal of your destination country.
• We charge one all-inclusive price per application, which covers the applicable government fee and our complete processing service. Your exact total is confirmed with you in writing before payment.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the destination country's government. We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or entry into any country. Approval statistics shown on our website are historical and not a promise of outcome.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and documents. You are solely responsible for any consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• You must ensure your passport meets the destination country's requirements (validity, blank pages, etc.).
• You must check your own eligibility restrictions (e.g., certain nationalities are ineligible for certain eVisas as decided by the destination government).

5. Fees & Payment

• Your total price is all-inclusive and is confirmed with you in writing before you pay. No additional charges apply after confirmation.
• All fees are subject to our Refund Policy. In short: fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

6. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates based on typical government turnaround and are not guaranteed. Government delays are outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the service component of the price paid by you. We are not liable for travel costs, losses, or damages arising from visa rejection, delay, or government decisions.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
