Kenya Visa Assistance
Your Kenya eTA, handled from start to finish.
You've booked the safari and the flights. The eTA is the last small thing between you and Nairobi, and the one most people leave until the week before. We file it, check it against your passport, and send the approval to your inbox.

3. Receive itWe submit officially and email your approval.
The mistake we see most: Parents assume children are covered by their own application. They're not — every traveller needs an eTA in their own name, infants included. Send us all the passports at once and we'll file them together.
Kenya visa — common questions
Does everyone need the Kenya eTA?
Almost every visitor does, including children. Citizens of the East African Community are the main exception. We check your passport before you pay.
Is 90 days one visit or the total?
It's the stay granted on arrival, for a single entry. If you're leaving Kenya for Tanzania or Uganda and coming back, tell us — that changes what you need.
Do I need anything extra for a safari?
Your eTA covers entry. National park and conservancy fees are paid separately, usually by your safari operator, and aren't part of what we charge.
What do you need from my side?
Passport scan, a photograph, your return ticket and your accommodation or safari booking.
How long before I hear back?
Usually one to three working days. Apply at least a week before you travel to be safe.
What if you find a problem with my case?
We come back to you before submitting anything, and refund in full if it will not work.
