Malaysia Visa Assistance

Your Malaysia Entry Pass, handled from start to finish.

Most visitors to Malaysia don't need a visa — they need the arrival card, filed before they land. It takes minutes when you know the form, and it's a nuisance when you don't, especially with a family's details to enter.

Good to know: most tourists enter Malaysia visa-free but must complete the MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) before arrival. We prepare and submit it correctly for you. Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali and Nigerian passports need a full eVisa rather than the arrival card.

How it works

1. Tell us

Fill our short form with your details.

2. Pay securely

See your exact all-inclusive price and pay online.

3. Receive it

We submit officially and email your approval.

The mistake we see most: Travellers file it months ahead and find it isn't accepted. Immigration expects the declaration close to your arrival date. We hold it and file it in the right window for your flight.

Malaysia visa — common questions

What exactly is the MDAC?

It's Malaysia's digital arrival card — an immigration declaration every foreign visitor files before landing. It is not a visa and does not grant entry on its own.

Do I need a visa as well?

Most nationalities enter Malaysia visa-free and need only the MDAC. Some passports need a visa too. Send us yours and we'll confirm before you pay.

I'm a Singapore citizen — do I need it?

No. Singapore citizens are exempt, along with Malaysian permanent residents and a few border-pass categories.

When should it be filed?

Close to your travel date rather than months ahead — immigration expects it shortly before arrival. We file it inside the correct window for your flight.

What am I paying you for?

Preparing and filing the declaration correctly against your passport and flight details, and fixing it if anything is rejected. You can file it yourself on the Immigration Department's portal.

What if something's wrong with my submission?

We correct and refile it at no extra charge. If we find you're not eligible before we submit, you get a full refund.
